Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase, we try our best to get it too you safely, but  if not  please let us know,

Please check your item on receipt of delivery  and contact us within 48 hours if there any faults /damages, and please send photos showing the damage/fault.

All Items can be returned within  14 days of receipt – please be aware that the customer is responsible for the cost of  returning the item.

All items must be returned in the same condition it was received. We can reserve the right to refuse a refund  on any item that is not in the right condition. We also cannot issue a refund on  items that are lost or damaged whilst being returned to us so we recommend you obtain proof of postage or use a tracked courier.

On receipt of your returned item a full refund or credit note, less delivery charge, will be given.

Refunds may take up to 14 working days to arrive back into your account. 

After 14 days we cannot offer an exchange or refund. Any items returned outside of this period it is up to our discretion whether we refund or if a credit note is provided.
